Ardmore 3, Singapore

Ardmore Condominium is located in the prime location of Ardmore Park in Singapore, close to the luxurious shopping district of Orchard Road, offering expansive views of the Singapore cityscape and vast green areas. The project started in 2013, and this condominium building has a total of 36 floors with a built-up area of 17,178 square meters. In 2014, Sweebond curtain wall seals were successfully applied to this project and received positive feedback from the client.

Changi Business Park Hotel, Singapore

Changi Business Park (CBP) in Singapore adopts a functional mixed-use development model, combining commercial, financial, office, hotel, and residential functions. Commercial activities account for approximately 51% of the area, while hotel and residential areas make up around 28% and commercial services about 21%. CBP is surrounded by beautiful surroundings and offers well-equipped commercial and entertainment facilities. It is located near the Singapore Expo, Tanah Merah Golf Course, Laguna National Golf Course, and Country Clubs.

For this project, Sweebond curtain wall seals were used.

Wuxi New District Business Center

As one of the main buildings in the Taicang Park Central Business District, the Science and Technology Business Center has a total construction area of 136,005 square meters. It consists of an office building and a five-star hotel, both symmetrically located at the same height of 118.73 meters, hence referred to as the "Twin Towers". The east side features a 23-story office building planned to be leased to the Wuxi New District Management Committee. It is an office building that integrates energy-saving, ecological, and intelligent features. On the west side is a 24-story five-star hotel, which includes not only standard rooms but also Chinese and Western restaurants, a café, banquet halls, conference rooms, and various entertainment and fitness facilities.

Suzhou Oriental Gate

Located at 199 Xinggang Street, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, Oriental Gate is situated at the eastern end of the CBD axis in Suzhou Industrial Park. It faces Xinggang Street and Jinji Lake to the east, the Park Management Committee Building and Century Financial Tower to the west, a small river to the south, and urban green belts and roads to the north. The total land area of Oriental Gate is 24,319 square meters, with a total construction area (including underground sections) of 453,141.79 square meters. The above-ground construction area is 336,680.71 square meters, while the underground construction area is 116,461.08 square meters.

For this project, Sweebond sealing strips were used in the curtain wall construction.

Nanhai Zhifu Plaza

Zhifu Building is a project invested and developed by Liyayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is located north of Central Street and south of Binjiang Second Road, covering an area of approximately 19 acres. The total construction area is about 88,000 square meters, with a design height of 35 floors. It is a Grade-A office building that integrates office space, research and development, business, and conference facilities. The project aims to attract excellent private enterprises in Nanhai District, leveraging the high-quality financial services in the financial high-tech zone, and further promote the growth and strength of enterprises in Nanhai District.

Nanhai Hanlan Square

Located in the core area of Nanhai Financial High-tech Zone, Hanlan Square overlooks the Foshan Waterway to the north and is bordered by Central Street and Nanhai Financial Park to the south. It is only a 10-minute drive from Guangzhou and serves as a key gateway connecting the Guangzhou-Foshan central axis corridor. With a total area of approximately 115,000 square meters, Hanlan Square includes a super Grade-A office building reaching a height of around 170 meters and two commercial podiums.
